MEUNIDEC turned pink for a good cause!

Last Friday, two volunteers from the COMITÉ FÉMININ POUR LE DÉPISTAGE DU CANCER DU SEIN DES PAYS DE SAVOIE spent the morning at the company to inform and raise awareness among employees—both women and men—about breast cancer screening.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, affecting 1 in 8 women, but the earlier it is detected, the greater the chances of recovery.

In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, these discussion sessions allowed employees to ask questions, learn self-examination techniques on a palpation bust, and leave with essential information useful for both themselves and their loved ones.

At the end of this meeting, MEUNIDEC showed its support for the association with a donation that will be given directly to the Institut Lyon Bérard for cancer research.
